The garden includes an outdoor kitchen and barbecue for dining. Amenities include a workspace, high speed internet, and an electric vehicle charger ( extra charge 10 eur/night, payable on arrival to the property manager. Pool heating is available by end June and from end August at a charge of 35 Eur daily, payable on arrival to the property manager.

Please be aware that we do not accept groups of young people, and the minimum age for booking is 21. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 23:00 and 10:00.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
While we provide bed linens, towels, heating, air conditioning, and WiFi, please note that the pool is open from April to November.
A heated pool option is available for 35 euros per day during specific periods, and our EV charger can be used for 10 euros per night.We look forward to welcoming you to our villa.
